## Prerequisite

You must have the link to the Private Listing of the app. Its format is the following - [https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/apps/1212120/version/2000072/descriptor?access-token=aa1234bb](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/apps/1212120/version/2000072/descriptor?access-token=aa1234bb)

If you don’t have such a link, please, contact Broken Build’s support by submitting [a support request](https://brokenbuild.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/10) or [emailing](mailto:support@brokenbuild.net) us. 

> ℹ️ If the app is already installed, we recommend removing it before proceeding, to prevent any conflicts with the private version of the app.

## How to install the app from Private Listing

> ⚠️ To install the app, you must have Jira admin rights.

1. Go to the “Apps → Manage your apps” menu:

2. Enable private listings in Settings
3. Refresh the browser tab so that you can see “Upload app” link
4. Click the “Upload app” link:

4. Paste the URL provided by Broken Build’s support and press the “Upload” button:

5. Now, you should be ready to use the app. Please, make sure that “Access token status” is equal to “Active trial”:
